On the night of the 25th, the forecast was looking pretty poor with very high humidity. However, it was clear so I decided to try for some color for Abell 2151. I setup the automation, and not surprisingly, it did not make it through the night. I ended up with 4 Red, 4 Green, and 3 Blue Subs before things went totally in the tank. Even worse, one of the Blue subs had a airplane or satellite go through and with the few subs I could not get rid of the trail in stacking. So I really had only 2 blue subs.
A mitigating factor is that I decided with galaxies this dim I needed to use 10 minute subs. Even though the data was sparse, I processed it and fortunately the results were usable.
Ideally, I will get more time on this, but the forecast doesn't look promising in the short run. There are some partly cloudy nights coming up that may end up better than advertised.
